RETURNS & REFUNDS
MAEKI adheres to Australian Consumer Law in relation to refunds.
We only accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
- Products damaged upon delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Clear photos must be emailed to our team at hausofmaeki@gmail.com.
- If we send you the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement.
❌ Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or if you no longer want the product.
❌ Opened Training Kits or Products: Once a training kit or product has been opened, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality control reasons.
Faulty Item
If you believe an item is faulty:
- Contact us via email with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos/videos where possible.
- Our team will assess whether the product is defective or if the issue relates to use/storage.
- Approved faulty items may be refunded, replaced, or credited to your original payment method.
Adhesives & Liquids
Please note:
- Due to their sensitive nature, adhesives and liquids are non-refundable unless deemed faulty upon arrival.
- We recommend storing all adhesives as instructed on the packaging to maintain quality and longevity.
- Once opened, adhesives have a limited shelf life and cannot be returned or refunded if they perform differently due to improper storage, environment, or user technique
Shipping & Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return postage will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We recommend using a tracked postage service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund or exchange has been approved or denied. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Issues
If you experience any problems with your order (missing items, damaged items, or incorrect products), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hausofmaeki@gmail.com
